  • We are a family run business and our time is very important to us. If we do not have hours that work for your larger group please feel free to email us at info@adirondackaxe.com or give us a call at 518-409-7966. We can discuss your needs outside of our normal hours to see if we can coordinate a time with you best we can!

  • We do allow walk-ins if space and staffing is available. We begin our sessions on the hour so keep that in mind when you arrive. The only way to guarantee an axe throwing session is by booking in advance.

  • We encourage all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their start time – especially if you do not complete the waiver in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the end times for reservations to make up for lost time, as it would be unfair to the next group.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your booking up until 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. Contact us by phone or email to inquire about a cancellation, to cancel or to reschedule. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of a reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a beer and wine license, so alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises at this time. We will update this when we do!

  • You are more than welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and/or non-alcoholic beverages. We do have items for purchase.

  • If you are planning to host an event at Adirondack Axe, please contact us to discuss catered options.
